Alcuni di voi mi hanno chiesto consigli su quale sushi far assaggiare ai propri figli. Innanzitutto sfatiamo il mito che il piatto giapponese sia pericoloso per i bambini, il sushi trattato e abbattuto correttamente è privo di qualsiasi batterio o parassita dannoso. Resta però il fatto che ad una primo assaggio molti bambini potrebbe trovarlo di sapore forte e quindi non proprio appetibile.
Vediamo allora quali sono i principali tipi di sushi consigliati per i più piccoli.
Tra tutte le preparazioni di sushi quella più semplice e dal sapore più delicato c’è sicuramente il "nigiri." Abbinato ad un pesce dal sapore delicato come il salmone e il branzino risulta un piatto piuttosto soft per un primo assaggio di sushi. Anche gli hosomaki, composti da un solo ingrediente tra pesce e verdure, sono un tipo di sushi dal sapore delicato.
Quindi si al sushi e al sushi fai da te insieme ai più piccoli può essere molto divertente sapete quanto spingo a fare le cose insieme, la cucina di coppia e la cucina in famiglia un modo divertente e sano per creare insieme e dimenticare le piccole discussioni, un modo per unire un po tutti: davanti ai fornelli!

DESIDERI MAGAZINE - DASH
Ciao devo dire che ho trascurato per molto tempo questo blog - e mi dispiace davvero!
Oggi ero al pc e mi sono detta " Perché non riaprirlo e pubblicare qualcosa da condividere!?"
Qualche settimana fa, ho ricevuto da Desideri Magazine il campione prova del nuovissimo smacchiatappo Dash e, come promesso, naturalmente ho pubblicato la mia recensione sul sito! E' un tappo completo di morbide alette flessibili, con superficie scrub per togliere le macchie più ostinate, ci sono anche le indicazioni per il dosaggio e il classico beccuccio.

Non sono la classica "donna di casa", mi piace cucinare, questo si, ma per quanto riguarda faccende domestiche varie sono una vera schiappa, direi svogliata...ma del resto a chi è che piace farle?
La lavatrice?! bé quella fa da sola, ma scegliere un prodotto che è una garanzia oltre che una tradizione è meglio!
Io scelgo Dash da anni e non mi delude MAI. Diciamo che è un grande classico come proprio uno di quei film.

Agnese began almost as a joke, exactly in year 2005: in search of clothes to offer to a friend's son, and dissatisfied with the products available on the market, she decided to design her own clothes, giving concrete shape to her two main passions: children and clothes design.
The creative concept of ANG is based on simple, but effective philosophy. Agnese claims that she conceives her job as "frosting cupcakes:adding a hint of sweet and colourful to something already existing" In order to achieve this, she starts from colour. From one colour, actually. One of those bright colours that instinctively a ract children. Agnese eventually mixes it to other colours, in total freedom, without feeling bound by any rule. As a result she gets spontaneous, emotional combinations.
Then Agnese moves on to textures, associating such combinations to specific textures. ANG pays particular a ention to the choice of fabrics, always using natural, organic fibres.

EXPLORA -Il Museo Dei Bambini - e anche dei grandi perché no!?
Sicuramente alcuni di voi lo conoscono già, altri invece lo vorranno esplorare dopo questo post e alcuni lo esploreranno a breve - magari anche solo virtualmente, perché chi non ha figli o nipoti al museo dei bambini magari non ci andrà, ma non importa la mia missione è quella di farvi conoscere questa realtà stupefacente, di indirizzarvi sul sito ufficiale per farvi visitare i numerosi progetti di EXPLORA -
Credo che il museo Explora non sia solo per i bambini, certo è pur vero che è dedicato tutto per loro, fatto a loro misura - ma quando vi capita di andare a Roma in Via Flaminia 80/86 (vicino Piazza del Popolo) vale la pena farci un salto, tra l'altro c'è il ristorante e il bar anche per chi non volesse accedere al Museo.
CHI E' EXPLORA ?
Museo dei Bambini Società Cooperativa Sociale Onlus gestisce EXPLORA. Costituita nel 1998 è iscritta alla Camera di Commercio e all’Albo delle Cooperative Sociali.
Aderisce alla Confederazione Cooperative Italiane, alla Federsolidarietà, alla Confcooperative – Unione Provinciale di Roma.
E’ una cooperativa senza scopo di lucro, a maggioranza femminile, nata con l’obiettivo di realizzare e gestire questa particolare struttura permanente dedicata ai bambini, alle scuole e alle famiglie.
